I am Kimberly Monroe, RN-BSN, lead nurse and co-owner of The Well.  I had a vision to create what is now The Well to offer patients an opportunity to learn how to heal in an environment that is not only fresh in the latest research and regenerative in notion but also supportive of personal choice.

I received my Associate's degree in Nursing in 2008 then pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing in 2015. With over 15 years experience, I've practiced a wide varieties of settings from laboring mothers and caring for acutely ill babies in the neonatal intensive care unit to lead functional medicine nurse for an integrative clinic in St. Louis. I have a passion for integrative care and we are very excited to have several locations in Missouri where we can offer these services. I am also a certified Biote pellet provider and specialize in optimizing hormones for every role of cellular function in the body.

I am Allyson Byron, a dedicated and compassionate Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to integrative health and wellness. I began my journey in healthcare by earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2016 from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Over the years, I have cultivated a diverse clinical background, including high-risk transplant care, maternal-newborn health, and lactation support.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives, I advanced my education and earned my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Chamberlain University. During my clinical training, I discovered my passion for integrative medicine and hormone optimization. I became deeply inspired by the transformative power of blending traditional medical practices with holistic approaches to help patients achieve true wellness.

In my role as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have had the privilege of serving patients of all ages in the rural primary care setting. This experience reinforced my belief in the importance of addressing health comprehensively. I am also a certified BioTE® pellet provider and am passionate about the pivotal role hormone optimization plays in enhancing one’s quality of life.

My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that empowers patients throughout their wellness journey. 

I am Jennifer Allen, MD, founder of New Freedom Family Medicine, LLC and co-owner of The Well Infusion Lounge. I am board-certified in Family Medicine. I graduated from Oceania University of Medicine in 2012 and completed my residency training at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in 2015. Prior to becoming a physician, I was a nurse and family nurse practitioner for 15 years. I believe that my nursing experience and my medical education make me a better physician. I love caring for people of all ages—my favorite day is one when I have a newborn in one room and a 100 year old in the next. My passion is learning about you as a person so that I can help you stay healthy and enjoy a fulfilling life. The relationships we form make a difference when you genuinely need a doctor or an advocate. It is my honor and privilege to be trusted by you to provide care, advice, education and comfort when you need it.
